How to unlock the The Wandering Fool achievement in Cyberpunk 2077 - Definitive Guide

The side quest “Fool on the Hill” is given to you from scanning graffiti at your first location after seeing Viktor Vector the Ripperdoc. There is a total of 20 tarot card graffiti locations you must scan throughout Night City in order to unlock this achievement.

The achievement will unlock immediately after scanning the graffiti at your last location. You do not need to complete the “Fool on the Hill” side mission in order to unlock the achievement.

When you are near a graffiti location, the icon will appear on your map if not there already.

Make sure to track the tarot card location on your map, it should lead you straight to the graffiti.

To scan the graffiti once you have reached a location you must hold cn_LB and then aim at it until the scan is completed.

All tarot card graffiti locations (total 20) can be seen below: (Ignore the fast travel dataterm locations)

This is VERY important. The quest now cannot begin until Act 2 and you've met Takemura at the diner. Then return to V's apartment.

Spoiler:

I just found a tarot card called Judgement in Mikoshi. I guess it is an extra as I don’t see any of the guides have it listed for the achievement. I found it while playing through “The Sun” ending after finishing Rogue’s side quests and selecting “Think you and Rogue should go” on the roof.

What a game so far! Really enjoying and well worth the wait!

Here is the following video guide I used to obtain this achievement.

This is one of the many side missions in the game called "Fool on The Hill". You can start this side mission once you've scanned your first Tarot Card at Viktors, who is a ripperdoc.

There are a Total of 20 Tarot Cards. (+2 additional Tarot cards, however, you do not need them for this achievement)

You can fast travel to locations if you want, if they are far away, however I drove to most of them to help me get progress for the the achievement "Frequent Flyer" which is for 'Finding all fast travel dataterms.'

There are 20 tarot graffitis to find in the game (+ 2 hidden ones but not required for this). None of them are missable.
You an either interact with them or scan them from a distance, then you'll obtain the card and you'll find them on your Tarot menu under Journal.

As soon as you get close to one of them, they will all appear on your map and then you'll just need to track them to find them all easily. You should get close to multiple of them during the main missions so you shouldn't have any trouble to pop them but if not, there's one on the wall on the right of your very first appartment.
Finding one will also trigger a side mission but you don't need to complete it.

Here's where to find them:

- Watson (7 graffitis):
  • Little China (5)
  • Arasaka Waterfront (1)
  • Kabuki (1)
- Westbrook (4 graffitis)
  • North Oak (3) (the door code for the Northest one is 0000)
  • Japantown (1)
- City Center (1 graffiti)
  • Corpo Plaza (1)
- Heywood (2 grafittis)
  • The Glen (1)
  • Vista del Rey (1)
- Santo Domingo (2 graffitis)
  • Arroyo (1)
  • Rancho Coronado (1)
- Pacifica (1 graffiti)
  • Coast view (1)
- Badlands (3 graffitis)
  • 1 South East of Pacifica
  • 1 North of Watson
  • 1 East of Santo Domingo

There are a total of 20 tarot card graffitis around the city that need to be scanned for this achievement. They are marked on your map right at the start of the game as blue/gray rectangular cards, labeled as tarot cards. Despite them labeled as tarot cards, you need to go to their locations and you'll find large murals painted on the walls. You then just need to scan the mural with lb.png for it to count towards this achievement. You will automatically start the job 'Fool on the Hill' when you scan your first tarot card mural. As soon as you scan all 20 of them, this achievement will unlock. All 20 are marked on your map from the start of the game, so it's simply a matter of traveling to each and scanning the mural.

The task appears only after Johnny Silverhand appears.
It was activated for me after I came across the first graffiti - you can get graffiti in the cinema only after visiting it on a mission with the beast! The gate code is four digits zero

It is not necessary to look for graffiti in the guide; they are all marked on the game map.

They gave me the trophy, although I didn’t take all the cards. Two pieces remained unassembled.

Version 1.31. Without any problems I got to the cinema without a quest with Bestia, using this password (I wanted to make it easier to move around the city by opening teleports, I decided to go for a ride and at the same time look at Tarot cards - level 11, main plot ~20%).
I drove up to the checkpoint, crept into the depths through the window, there is no point in describing further.
