How to unlock the Full Body Conversion achievement in Cyberpunk 2077 - Definitive Guide

This achievement is rather straightforward. Once you gain access to the Ripperdocs, just go visit them and buy one implant for each part of the body (eyes, arms, legs, immunity system and so on). Some enemies drop implant as well, so you may not need to buy them, but you still need to go to the Ripperdocs to install them.
Remember to change your internal RAM as well, it counts as part of your body. Not all Ripperdocs have an implant for each part of the body, so you may need to visit more than one. For example, Viktor doesn't have legs implant, while Cassius has.
Implants cost, especially the higher version of them, so be ready to have some money to spend. As an indicator, Cassius legs implants costs 45k each, so be ready. Also, some implants may be locked under specific traits such as intellingence 12, body 10 and so on. They could also be locked under Street levels (the arms one need 20 Street Cred), so you may need to come back later when you can fulfill all the requirements, or go to another Ripperdoc.

Happy hunting!

Does anybody know of a spot that has an immune system mod that doesn't require a high cool level?

@TheFalloutFan39 You've probably already found it by now but the ripperdoc next to Megabuilding H8 has a really cheap immune system cyberware for anyone else that needs to know

Arms was my last one. Didn't pop when I bought it. Bought another and then it worked.

Are there any Arms upgrades that don't require 20 Street Cred? I wanted to pop this tonight but couldn't find anyone selling anything below the above requirement 🙁

The answer is no so far as I could see, 20 Street Cred seems like a requirement to pop this. Maybe add that to the guide 🙂

Technically you can get drop them before that! It's rare but it could happen. But yeah, added that little bit of info.

I think there's a gig where you can find Legendary Mantis Blades that don't have a street cred requirement? It's a cyber psycho mission. If you search YouTube for 'Free Legendary Mantis Blades' you should be able to find the location. It is a high level mission, but you don't need to complete it, you can sneak in, grab the blades and sneak out.

Same as for SoH Anarchy, the cheevo didn't pop when I bought then last upgrade I needed (arms), then I re-bought another one for immune system, and it popped.

There are a total of 11 systems/body parts that need an implant installed, visible from the Cyberware option in the Inventory tab. You'll need to install at least one mod in your front cortex, ocular system, circulatory system, immune system, nervous system, integumentary system, operating system, skeleton, hands, arms, and legs.

Following the main story jobs will automatically get you mods in your ocular system, operating system, and hands. The rest need to be either looted or bought from a Ripperdoc. I highly recommend not purchasing implants from Ripperdocs, as you'll loot some as you complete everything else there is to do. This will allow you to install multiple for free. Any you don't own will need to be purchased, some of which can be quite expensive. You will get plenty of money to afford them from completing NCPD Hustles though. Once you have over €50,000 saved up, I recommend making a manual save and heading to a Ripperdoc to get one installed in each system, then reload your save if you don't want to waste all of that money.

You can buy implants at Ripperdocs, located on your map with the Scissors icons. You have to buy and install at least 1 implant in each system and body part:
  • Frontal Cortex
  • Ocular System
  • Circulatory System
  • Immune System
  • Nervous System
  • Integumentary System
  • Operating System
  • Skeleton
  • Hands
  • Arms
  • Legs
Some of them are quite expensive and different Ripperdocs sell different implants so make sure to visit multiple of them and buy the cheapest ones, as you need to save money to buy all the cars. The Legs implant is likely the more expensive ones at €$45,000 and haven't seen one that is cheap. Also some of them require a certain Street Cred level or a certain level in some Attribute before you can buy them.

Make a save before this trophy if you want to save your money.

Many implants are given for completing tasks, for example, gorilla arms (legendary level) and leg implants (cost 45,000 eurodollars), so you can complete side effects and get them without spending money, and then insert them from the ripper.

A hint for saving time, to complete trophies (where you need to buy cars, implants in each part of the body and upgrade skills) I made a manual save, bought everything and did a rollback. This way you can save a lot of time on farming skill points and money.

Make a save and insert the cheapest implants you have into every possible part of the body, and it is enough to insert one implant

In version 1.6, you just need to search corpses to make a fortune.
I have more than 800k left, and I bought the best implants, real estate and cars - without farming.

People, the implant system has changed, in Phantom Liberty, now you need to upgrade an engineer so that there is free space for implants.
