This achievement requires you to start a game in Fever mode.
To change the game mode, press cn_back and scroll down to where you see a game mode and BGM. You need to make sure the game mode is Fever, which has a yellow background and says Fever in rainbow letters. Once it's there save your changes.
Once your changes are saved, you can start a game by inserting a coin with cn_Y and pressing cn_start. Select whatever ship, power shot and speed you want, and once the game loads you'll unlock this achievement.
