How to unlock the Solar Power achievement in Dark Cloud - Definitive Guide

This one's easy; it just takes a bit of time. You will get an item from each town that you will then trade with someone at the next town until you get The Sun - the best weapon attachment in the game.

Candy - get from Claude in Norune Village or from Couscous in Matataki.
Give Candy to Kululu in Matataki; her brother will thank you with Ointment Leaf.
Give Ointment Leaf to Basker in Queens; he will give you Foundation in return.
*Give Foundation to Jijubu in Maska Lacka; he will give you the Clay Doll.
Give Clay Doll to Marnia in Yellow Drops; she will give you The Sun.

Put The Sun in an attachment slot on any weapon, and the trophy will fire. You don't actually have to use it, just attach it.

*A note about Jijubu in Maska Lacka - the Clay Doll is missable. At least, it was in the original, so I'm assuming it still is in the port. Jijubu will only talk to you about his beauty trouble in his house, and he's only in his house at night. After you have completed his home, go speak with him at night and do your trading. This must be done before you finish the village, or you will lose your chance to get it. Put his house together early so that there's no chance of missing it.

Just a clarification: this is a missable trophy, but it's not true that this must be done prior to completing that village. I finished Muska Lacka to 100% and was more than halfway through building the next location when I went back to talk to Jibubu and get the Clay Doll (my trophy progression backs this up).

I think the missable flag is still warranted because Jibubu doesn't seem to be reliably in his home. I went full periods of night into morning with him not being in his house. I used a tip on the below linked Dark Cloud wiki: put his house right next to the entrance to the temple and just walk back and forth between the two to reload the town, trying again if you see him outside his house as you enter town. Took me 6-8 tries and the winning try was at the end of dusk but prior to night (unsure if the time of day mattered; the wiki claims it should be right as it turns to morning).

I'm curious why this received a down-vote. The heads up about this being missable warrants a thank you.

Cheers.

MISSABLE TROPHY. There is no building option in the post game.

Quest for the whole game.
The point is to exchange one item for another item in each location and thereby go from Sweetie to the Sun.
We exchange all items when you complete the quest to build the house of the owner of the item.

Candy (the first starting item) can be obtained in two places:
Norune Village - At Claude's house in the morning.
Matataki Village - Couscous has his home.
Next, change Candy to Leaf.
Matataki Village - Bunbuku has his house on the second floor.
Sheet on the Foundation.
Queens - from Basker.
Foundation for the Doll.
Muska Lacka - at Jibubu's house During the day
Doll in the Sun.
Yellow Drops - Marnia has it near the arch.

Next, we insert the sun into the weapon and the trophies are yours, no upgrade required.
