Xiao's Bandit Slingshot is available in big treasure chests in the Divine Beast Cave near the beginning of the game. Steal will happen randomly when you attack. Steal one time for the trophy. Ruby has a Bandit weapon, as well.

If you haven't found the Steal Ability on weapons by chance before the end of the game, like me - I sympathize

We will look in the Large Chests for Xiao's slingshot - Bandit Slingshot
We go to the first dungeon Divine Beast Cave - and starting from the 8th floor (previously you do not have Xiao and the slingshot will not fall out)
We collect large chests and pray for random luck.

Next, just equip the slingshot and hit enemies until Auto-Theft occurs.
