this as many other achievements can be obtained cumulatively in several playthroughs, as long as they are NG+ on the same save slot

Pieces of Adamantine are collected throughout the game from the ground, found in breakable objects or dropped by defeated enemies. Vulgrim also sells them at the serpent holes later on in the game. They are worth 4,000 souls. Equip the enhancement Marauder to a weapon to make them appear more often.

One of the carriers of such a fragment simply fell into the abyss and this fragment remained there, I could not take it! Missable trophy.

Fragments, like fragments, fall from ordinary monsters, the advice above is irrelevant. I knocked out the first 30 at level 21

It is not necessary to collect the debris in one playthrough.

After the first one, I didn’t have enough debris, I started a new game on the apocalypse (NOT NG+, normal), the trophy fell out in it, in the swamp.
