How to unlock the Reach Out And Touch Somebody achievement in Darksiders - Definitive Guide

As you are working your through Iron Canopy (just after the second bridge collapses) you will find a block that is floating but has a few chains keeping it anchored to the ground.
Destroy the block/chains and the Abyssal Chain will be yours.
Story progression weapon.

This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.

During your progression through the Iron Canopy you'll come across a glowing, floating statue head binded down the ground by some chains. Just attack the statue head/chains and inside will be the Abyssal Chain, which will make venturing areas of the game pleasant.

This achievement will also earn you 10G!

Part of the regular story progression. No special work necessary. Impossible to miss. Below is a detailed spoiler of the event that unlocks this trophy.

During the "Iron Canopy" (Silitha's Lair) mission you will come upon this weapon in a special cache. Break it open and both the trophy and the weapon will be yours.
