Trophies in this game are glitched and may not unlock when you complete the task. You can try restarting the game and rebooting and older save, but you may have to run a new playthrough entirely.
There are 4 weapons in the game:
Pistol - This will be the first weapon you obtain and you will find it by the body hung on the door in the main hall
Knife - after you dodge or kill zombies on the second floor behind the first locked door you will cross over a scaffold. The knife is dug into a statue in the room with the enemy with blades as feet.
Shotgun - after traveling into the prison area you will come across a dead body in a wheelchair. This will trigger a cutscene. You can pick up the shotgun off the body after the cutscene.
Magnum - This is the only real missable weapon in my honest opinion. When you get close to the end of the game you will find a painting. Return to the room where you encountered your first enemy of the game and place the painting on the wall. The solution to the painting puzzle is in the child's room next door. After you solve the puzzle the magnum will appear in the chest.
