Found in chapter 3 near the end while playing as Raven. At the gas station there will be a car on a lift inside, next to this on the right hand side is a button you can press to raise the car higher to find a dead man with the gun next to him. Pick it up for the achievement. Below is a video showing the location in chapter 3 at 16:39.
