Daymare: 1998

Near the end of the chapter after you have taken the cable car and make your way up to the radio tower. You will be at a helipad area, immediately turn left and follow the fence to the shed. Inside the shed on the right hand side is a magazine rack with a science magazine on it. Interact with the magazine to unlock the achievement. Below is a video for the location of the area at 5:38.
