In chapter 2 while playing as Sam when you get to the quarantine area with the doctor you will be given some supplies. One item is a cable to hack locks. Head back through the door you just came from to get here and hack the locked door. Inside in the back by the computer is a poster, interact with the poster to unlock the achievement.
