Complete after completing the story. If you have already completed all the side effects in the region, you can complete the missing ones by destroying the hordes.

It’s not clear why after the plot. If you complete the side effects, the trophy will drop before the middle of the story.

You can also get it during the story. I got Iron Mike in camp about halfway through the game. All the goods that I farmed, the ears of freaks, grass, and animal meat, were donated in this camp.

You just need to upgrade the camp to level 3, no matter how:
- performing camp work/tasks;
- sending survivors encountered on the map to the rescue camp;
- destroying the hordes of a given region;
- selling meat/berries/mushrooms and freak ears to the market in the camp.

We reach level 3 of upgrading any camp - the trophy is yours.

PS The 3rd camp level is the maximum.
