To make this quicker, as the game itself is lengthy. Just go after the yellow story missions as these are the main story progression. Because you will have a high reputation for all camps it won't take long for the next main mission to spawn. You may have to ride out of the camp for a little while to get the job radioed through but doing so will save you half the time.
