Just play the Expert Course normally. You should eventually reach a giant statue. Stop in front of it and tap the back button about 15 times. The statue will dance and you`ll get the achievement.

Simple, just drive up to the Jeffrey statue (it's after the underpass bit at the beginning - you can't really miss it). Stop in front of it, and press special (the back button on the controller) until he turns and then eventually flips over.

Just after the tight turns in the expert course, you'll come up a small hill and under the checkpoint. Visible straight ahead is some sort of monkey statue. Brake and stop the car so that you can see the statue, then hammer the back button (by default) until the monkey turns on its head.

On the expert track around maybe 30 seconds into a lap you should easy spot the obvious of Jeffry from Virtua Fighter. Stop your car in front of it with the statue still in view and then repeatedly hit the "select" button until the statue gets flipped upside down.

Thanks! For those wanting a location on the map, it's in the top right of the track. He'll look like Atlus from Greek mythology (minus the globe on his shoulders). He'll first spin on his feet, and then go to his head and start spinning.

When playing the EXPERT Course on ARCADE Mode, you'll notice a big statue of Jeffry from Virtua Fighter roughly 30-40 seconds into the course (you can't miss it). Just stop the car nearby the statue (with the statue in view) and rapidly press the "select" button to rotate the statue. Keep rotating the statue until the statue pops up and you're good to go.

In Arcade Mode pick the Expert circuit. As you travel along, you'll go through some tunnels and eventually you'll come around a corner outside with a big statue that says "Jeffrey" on it. Press while it's in view and it will rotate the statue and eventually flip it upside down. You may have to press about 15 times.
