In every level so called 'Transformers' will appear after ammassing certain amounts of color energy (you increase this by painting all kinds of objects in a level).
You have to pound on these transformers which will then bring color and life to the area and some of the objects around it.
In order to unlock this achievement you will have to activate all transformers in each level in De Blob. You can check your progress in the current level by pausing the game, selecting 'PROGRESS' and then navigating to the 'transformers' medal.
