Equip his starting perks (Dead Man’s Switch, Hex: Retribution, and Gearhead). Depending on your rank, you’ve got to to get a good amount of hooks (I try to go for three hooks for each survivor but if two hooks is fine). Get good chases and end them quickly, use your power, and be brutal (kick gens, pallets, broken walls, and hit survivors). It’s very map depending and what skill set of survivors you get (I got swamp and the survivors were pretty decent). When you get Merciless, you’ve got the achievement. Enjoy!
