to get this achievement you need to need use the dredge and its 3 personal perks dissolution,Darkness Revealed, and Septic Touch to use all three in one match you must level it to lvl 10 minimum, I recommend to purposely lose a couple matches (i.e don't kill anybody) to get SBMM in your favor also equiping addons and offerings will not void the achievement
now with the Patch 6.5.0 update you just need to kill all 4 survivors to get the merciless victory

Anyone having issues with this one? Just got the Merciless with his perks but no achievement. Has never happened on any of the previous adept achievements.

@TDitty21 this achievement has some problems BVHR said they are getting a fix for it soon but its still obtainable but really buggy

At this point all you have to do as killer to get Adept is kill all survivors. Not sure if Mori counts, but I have been getting a few of these even if the survivors run out of time before opening the doors.
