To get this achievement, you have to escape with the survivor Laurie with only her three unique perks. You will have to be at least level 10 with Laurie to unlock three perk slots.
Her three unique perks are Sole Survivor, Object of Obsession, and Decisive Strike. The most difficult part of this is adapting to the play style object of obsession requires, take quick looks at the killer and if you think they saw your aura move somewhere else so they don't find you.
