How to unlock the Adept Ripley achievement in Dead by Daylight - Definitive Guide
First things first: you need to get Ripley to level 10 in the Bloodweb to have access to all of her perks for the achievement to work. I recommend not trying until you have all those perks to Tier 3 (purple). By then you should have quite a few items and offerings to bring to the table.
If possible, bring an offering that will help you escape. Hook offerings are probably better than hatch offerings, which are better than most map offerings, which are better than most item offerings, which are better than most of what remains. You could use a white ward, which won't help you in this match, but will save your high-rarity item if you choose to go that route. I don't recommend it. A green ward would prevent any dastardly killer plans regarding a particular map, but might also be useless. A group BP offering (an anniversary item or blody party streamers) are a good idea in an event, but won't help you otherwise. Shrouds are absolutely useless. The shrouds that make you spawn with other survivors work against you and your team, and Vigo's shroud is useless against all but the newest killers, as most killers either immediately high tail to the furthest reaches of the map if they see that played, and sometimes even if they don't. And last and definitely least, the Basement offerings.
So, to prioritize offerings:
Inside the match, prioritize generators and do not behave excessively selfishly. Only go for unhooks if you're uninjured or if everyone else is injured unless you're very close and can predict the killer's behavior well. Almost always go for the unhook if you have less than half the gen done. Don't go for the unhook if you're really close to finishing the gen unless the killer is coming your way. Don't linger at the gates near endgame. If you don't want to pop the gate right away, go open the other one, or hide out of sight of the gate. Consider switching to a stealthy playstyle on your way out. Do not linger inside the gate!
Some notes on Ripley's particular perks for use with her adept:
1. Chemical Trap, the perk that generates pallet traps, should only be used at safe pallets. Otherwise, they'll just go around. (Also, don't camp pallets against Xenomorph, Huntress, Trickster, Deathslinger, or Cenobite).
2. Lucky Star will likely be more useful for finding generators than for evasion, but remember its stealth effects when trying to escape a chase.
3. Remember that with Light-Footed, the perk that stifles your running noises, the killer can still see scratch marks. It will only help you when the killer is near you and has not noticed you. It won't help much in a chase unless you have a good way to leave line of sight. It does not help if you're injured or your choose to rush a vault.
One final note: this does not work in Kill Your Friends mode. Good luck.

So, to prioritize offerings:
- Group BP Offering (Anniversary Item or Bloody Party Streamers) During An Event
- Oak/Branch/Hook Offerings
- Hatch offerings (the better-looking two blueprint offerings)
- Green map offerings if you know one that's mostly survivor sided, or you feel you know RPD better than most killers
- Coin offerings (especially useful if you bring a toolbox but need a medkit)
- White Ward/Purple Hand (only with high rarity item)
- Sacrificial Ward/Green Hand (prevents killers sending you to killer-sided maps)
- Bloodpoint offerings of any kind
- Shrouds
- Basement Blueprint offerings (Shack is better than main)
