Dead by Daylight

Pretty self explanatory, cast any spell and land a basic attack on a survivor. 15 seconds is a very gracious time frame, and you do not even need the spell to affect the targeted survivor. Use any spell and make sure the survivor is near enough that you can catch up to them after casting it.

Note: similar to another recent dlc achievement, you DO NOT have to just injure a survivor, or in other words, make them go from injured to healthy. It also counts when downing a survivor into the dying state. Potentially you can nab 2 points of progress towards the achievements from hitting the same survivor twice in 15 seconds.
