You need to find Hex Totems (the fire ones) and Press
to bless them (takes time, so, good luck), it's cumulative and you can get this while going for the rest of the achievements, another strategy is adding this two perks.
Other Recommended Perks:
Counterface (Jill Valentine): 20% faster cleansing and reveals your next objective
Small Game (Uncommon): Auditory warning nearby totems
Detective's Hunch (Tapp): Shows the totems ebery time a generator is finished
The first thing you want to do, is search for a dull totem and cleanse it, this will reveal the aura (in pink) of the farthest totem in the map, use that direction and search main structures, if you are nearby another totem, the other perk is gonna let you know, clean it and move forward. This two perks are gonna direct you from one totem to the next.
There's only 5 totems per match, if you got 5, already (the ticket on Small Game will keep count for you) you know you can die, escape or whatever.
Obviously is luck related since not all killers use Hex, so you'll spend a decent amount of hours in this, but with those two extra perks I was getting 100% of the totems every match, only lose 2 hex totems to other people.
Last Totem: Leave the one totem standing in case the killer activates "No one escapes death", Wich will hex the totem, just be aware of his location.
Cautions: The audio warning can be triggered on the upper/lower floor is the map has multiple levels.
Additional: I used the 3 perks on another character, so it wasn't so obvious I was going for totems as Mikaela.

My strategy was a big middle finger to the game, you can’t please survivors however you play. So play to your objective and simply ignore the whiney rage comments after.
Locate your first Totem and go from there. My plan was to be in and out of that game as quickly as possible. If the 5 Totems don’t have a Hex. Well guess what buddy? I’m not waiting until all 5 gens, if all 5 gems will be completed to see if NoED becomes active.
Slam that first pallet you see, reset it, slam it until the killer hooks you. Rinse your hooks, fail your checks and bye bye, say hello to the Entity in the sky: next game.
Side note: with Counterforce. 4/5 times in my experience. The last Totem will be the Hex. So try and work either Clockwise/Anti-Clockwise until Small Game pings, remove the Totem. Continue in the same direction to find the previous Totem revealed to you. Should save quite some time off on most maps.

I tried the maps, but honestly the perks have been way faster for me, specially since it's Random luck, i can have 6 or 7 matches in a row without Hex Totems from the killers, worst streak was almost 20.
So the number of maps/Add-Ons/Bloodpoints is going to get higher than getting the perks
