This requires you to deal damage to survivors using The Cannibal's killer ability. Just hit survivors 100 times with the Cannibal's chainsaw to unlock this. Create a group chat through the console interface or from a mobile application (preferred).
We add all the players from the match to it. A minute after the last survival joins the match is usually enough.
Ask for help with the trophy, promise not to hang anyone, in English, of course.
