id easily recommend using the doctor for this, you pick the doctor and then use shock therapy or Static blast on 4 unique survivors if you shocked 4 unique survivors per match it would take around around 8 times

you should just use the doctor to ensure it but on the off chance you dont want to use him then you can use perks or addons making them scream Like Iron Maiden from the legion and Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance from the artist and THWACK from the skull merchant or any perk that says makes survivors scream as well, works aswell

also you shouldn't bring an entire build for this achievement one perk or doctor is enough
