Sadly this achievement is buggy. We done 5 gens and before unlocking the gate, killer ragequited (DC) and I didn't get the trophy.

On the map "Mother's Dwelling - Red Forest" there's a large cabin structure in the middle of the play area. There is always a generator on the outside ledge of the second floor of this building. As any survivor, you need to fully repair this generator AND escape the match alive to earn the trophy. It's entirely random which map is selected, but you can strongly raise your chances by burning the offering "The Last Mask". This trophy can also be earned even if you do not own the DLC. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.
