As For this achievement, Bring a Map offering for Yamaoka estate (They are found in every survivors bloodweb) and you will be transported to the Family Residence or Sanctum of Wrath. You want Sanctum of Wrath. In the middle of the map there is a large structure with a generator. Complete that generator and escape.
