How to unlock the Medic achievement in Dead by Daylight - Definitive Guide

This is pretty grindy but can be done quickly if you focus healing people, basically each heal is one health state meaning you need to heal 100 people to unlock this achievement

Hope this helps

As the solution above says this is given when you heal other people for a combined total of 100 health states across all matches. It is a running total and so it is unaffected by dying or anything like that. So no need to be overly cautious.

There are perks that can help with this. Empathy is great because it lets you see the auras of injured survivors. You can go find them and heal them with it easily. Just be weary that the killer may be on them. Botany knowledge will speed up healing by 33 percent at level 3. We'll Make It is really good for healing people right after you get them off a hook. I recommend running those three perks if you are specifically going for this achievement. Both Empathy and Botany knowledge are Claudette perks, so you can pick her and she will start with these at level one. We'll make it is a basic perk which means it will be available on all characters.

Bond is another perk that you could use in place of empathy if you want. It allows you to see all the other survivors within a certain radius (36 meters at tier three). I think empathy is better for trying to heal people, but if you don't have empathy, bond is a good secondary option.

If you want to heal another injured player, simply approach them, press and hold to begin healing them. You may occasionally receive a skill-check for healing where you will have to push to stop a spinning needle inside of a small success zone. Failing the skill check can notify the killer, and it momentarily halts healing progress.

In a recent patch, this trophy was fixed to include partial progress. Before the patch, this trophy would only count health states where you healed someone from 0-100% in one action. Now this trophy counts progress where you heal survivors partially, or with teammates. This is especially good because so many people use the Self-Care ability to heal themselves.

Speaking of Self-Care, healing yourself with this ability or a medkit does not count towards this trophy. It is recommended that you use the Empathy perk to see injured survivors. In it's final upgrade, Empathy can allow you to see injured survivors regardless of where they are on the map.

This trophy is cumulative, and will unlock upon healing your 100th health state.

The trophy is not bugged, as many people think. At the time of writing the trophy hint, only healing another survivor from injured to fully healthy, that is, from 0% to 100% without interruption, counts. And, most likely, those treatments that you did alone, and not together, are counted. The two main problems for getting the trophy: Claudette’s Self care skill (with it, survivors heal themselves, often by a small percentage. Thus, they deprive +1 to the trophy) and treating two people (even if you started healing with one, but someone joined you someone else).

in the English version it says: cure 100 full life bars. With or without interruptions, it makes no difference; you need to heal 100 full life bars in total. Your own don't count

instructions for the trophy. I checked it myself by writing it down on a piece of paper. It is necessary that the treatment is carried out with a first aid kit and that the marmot you are treating improves its health. and the “MED-KIT” medal should pop up on the left. It doesn’t matter whether you are treating half a strip or 110. The main thing is that the treatment FINISHES with the first aid kit and the MED KIT pops up . and a certain number of points. other players can help too.
