No new map offering arrived with this update because Greenville Square is part of the Withered Isle realm. As such, Ichorous Loam offerings will be your best friend by providing a 50% chance to either end up there or in Garden of Joy (assuming no other map offerings were used).
The generator that one must complete can be found on the second floor of the movie theater in the projector room, which is accessible from both the theater's main entrance and its emergency escape on its left side when looking from the front of the building.
For those unfamiliar with similar achievements, it is not necessary to be involved in 100% of the generator's progress. However, you must be working the generator at the moment it is completed.
All that's left is escaping through either the exit gates or the hatch. Good luck in the fog!
