How to unlock the One More Step achievement in Dead by Daylight - Definitive Guide
To see what perks you have that give an endurance stat to either you or a teammate type "endu" in the perks search bar.
From the looks of it, the best perks to use to get this achievement would be:
Zarina's perk: Off the record
David King's perk: Dead Hard
There is also an item addon that can help as well:
Medkit with addon Styptic Agent. (Credit SG1 Stelson)
Off the record applies after getting unhooked and remains active for a good amount of time and as long as you don't touch a totem, generator, heal a teammate, etc. You can just run back to the killer and get hit to immediately to get progress for the achievement.
Note: You do get endurance after being unhooked no matter what perks you run but having off the record would make the amount of time you have much longer.
Dead hard is a bit more situational and tricky to get the hang of. When you're hurt and being chased by the killer you can activate Dead hard right as the killer is about to hit you to essentially tank another hit without going down.
If you do either of this correctly you will notice a yellow bar beneath your characters picture, and you will eventually need to mend to prevent yourself from going down
If you have tried any other perks to get this achievement please mention in the comments what worked for you.

I just successfully did it with David King. Tracker didn't go up...

Does the built in Endurance after being unhooked not count? It’s not updating my tracker when I do get hit using that
