Found a nice technique that got me this in just a few matches. If you buddy up with at least one survivor and try to get them to hide in the locker, firing the crows at the locker will tag them with Killer Instinct. Just keep doing it over and over to rack up the achievement pretty quickly, especially if you manage to get two survivors in side by side lockers.

You can get this quickly with the twins. Bring out the baby Victor and go searching for people with him, then when your close to someone press the button to return to Charlotte and you should see a spider web as he acts like a radar. I just bounced between them every time I found a match and it was an easy achievement in a few matches. I did get this up to 50 percent from other killers but the twins is the one killer where is wasn't a painfully slow crawl of 1 percent every few matches due to some random action that I didn't know about. Honestly I found a less detailed version of this in the comments but it took some brute forcing to figure out fully what they meant because it wasn't fully explained. I do thank FullMoonBeaver for the basis of this but do believe the solution should be in a guide itself vs in the comments section.
