Get injured by any means and activate Plot Twist (Cage's perk). You must be injured to use the perk.
They are two ways to use this perk once in the dying state:
1. Once in the dying state, you can recover yourself. If you recover yourself fully, you will be completely healed. This allows you to take another hit. Get injured by any means to activate and repeat.
2. Once in the dying state, you can allow another survivor to finish the healing you. After another survivor heals you, you can immediately use plot twist again. Allow them to recover you and repeat, or see 1.
You can get this by just using Plot Twist (Cage's perk) or by using unbreakable ("Bill"s perk) to pick yourself up.
Both ways can be combined with Tenacity (Tapp's perk) to allow for a fast get away from the killer.

On point 1, as far as I’m aware you can only do it twice per game at most, as it deactivates after you recover yourself. It can then reactive when the exit gates are powered, so you can do it a second time?
Point 2 should work fine. You could probably boost it in a single match if you have a friend and you use Plot Twist and No Mither (David’s perk). You can start the game, down yourself, let you friend pick you up then repeat.

Yes, Plot Twist can only be used twice if you recovered by yourself rather than letting someone else do it for you

best way to boost this is to get injured from any means and have Plot Twist (Nicolas Cage's perk)
you go into the dying state with plot twist recover yourself almost to full and have some one pick you up and then go into the dying state again with plot twist and rinse and repeat
you can also just get this but just using Plot Twist twice per match or have unbreakable (William "Bill" Overbeck's perk) to pick yourself up
