This is map specific and you must be playing on the Asylum.


The Disturbed Ward is the giant building shown above, it's always in the dead middle of the map and a generator is always located on the second floor. Simply be there repairing it when it gets activated and then escape whatever way you want and you should get the achievement.
I suggest getting this along side the other achievement as once that top generator is fixed, the killer has little reason to patrol up there so you can just camp while the rest of your "team" does the work.

This achievement can be obtained on the map Crotus Prenn Asylum: Disturbed Ward by repairing the generator on the second floor of the Disturbed Ward and escaping. This building is located in the centre of the map. Below are pictures of the generator as well as where to find it.



You can use the offering Charred Wedding Photograph to increase your odd of getting this map, however, you may end up getting Crotus Prenn Asylum: Father Campbell's Chapel which doesn't have the Disturbed Ward on it.

When going for this achievement I recommend bringing in a toolbox to increase repair speed. This generator is in a predominant area that tends to be patrolled by killers more frequently so getting it done quickly is in your best interest.

At this time, it seems that you don't have to be on the generator when it's completed in order to get the achievement, you just have to have been repairing it at some point during the match. However, I would recommend finishing the generator if possible, just in case this changes in future updates. EDIT: You now have to be on the generator when it is completed in order to get the achievement.

If given the option I recommend escaping through the exit gates rather than the hatch. The hatch seems to be hit or miss when it comes to unlocking achievements.

When spawn into The Disturbed Ward, head towards the building in the middle of the map; Go to the 2nd floor enter a room and repair generator. Once done help do the other gens and then escape. The achievo will pop after the match ends.
