How to unlock the Smoked achievement in Dead by Daylight - Definitive Guide

This cheevo is for killers only, specifically the Clown. "Intoxicated" just means that the survivor has been affected by the clown's power, which are bottles of a tranquilizer that he throws. 100 may seem like a lot, but it's not hard to get 5-10 downs per match, because he relies on it so heavily. There are some add-ons that are better for farming this, like lengthening the hindered effect and increasing the radius. Throw bottles often, don't be shy about it.

My recommended addons (as of patch 7.0.1) are Thick Cork Stopper (faster reload) and Flask of Bleach (4% increased Hindered on Intoxicated survivors).
Any perks work, but I found great success with:
Coup De Grâce (80% longer lunge with each token earned when gens are done), Hex: NOED (one shot survivors when all gens are done), Forced Hesitation (20% slowdown for 10 seconds on survivors within 16 meters of a survivor put into the dying state), and Save the Best for Last (up to 50% successful basic attack cooldown speed).

This trophy wants you to down a survivor while they're still affected by The Clown's gas cloud. With no add-ons, this means you will need to land an attack just after they've left the cloud. You can tell if the hit counts or not if you get the scoring event "Wasted" when you land your hit. Down survivors this way 100 times to earn the trophy. The trophy will unlock after you've downed your 100th intoxicated survivor. More information on how the killer ability works is explained below.

The Clown's killer ability is called "Afterpiece Tonic" and is basically just him throwing bottles that burst into clouds of pink gas that lingers for a few seconds before dispersing. To throw a bottle, just hold to ready a bottle, then release to throw it. There's no penalty for holding a bottle ready, so take the time to aim the bottle where you want it to land. Generally you want to throw the bottle in front of survivors to slow them and catch up to them faster, or around areas you don't want them running so the change directions. The Afterpiece tonic simple but effective. First it causes survivors who come into contact with it to scream out and start coughing, giving away their position if they're attempting to be stealthy. Then it blurs their vision and slows their running speed making it much harder to escape in a chase. With add-ons it can also add a number of other useful status effects. At base The Clown can carry 4 bottles, but he can reload at any time. To reload hold . This causes The Clown to moderately decrease in movement speed for a few seconds as he mixes up a new batch of bottles.

You need to knock the survivor to the ground while the tonic is affecting him. At the time of writing the hint, the clown has a tonic (purple gas) and an antidote (yellow gas) in his equipment; to get the trophy, you must use the violet gas. The hit counts towards the trophy if the survivor is inside the cloud (since the effect in it lasts until the cloud dissipates) or within 2 seconds after the survivor exits the gas cloud. Hitting a survivor who is fully healthy but under the “vulnerable” status also counts towards the trophy.
