On any of the Yamaoka Estate maps, a small-ish Tanuki (raccoon dog) statue will appear.
Walk up to it and it'll change form, and then disappear, giving you this achievement.

You don't have to purchase the DLC, it popped for me yesterday while on my dashboard and my console was updating the game, as I'd already previously popped a few Tanuki on the Yamaoka Family Estate map in recent weeks, so it seems to be retroactive. Bizarre time for it to pop, but I ain't complainin', just confused as to why the update triggered the achievement unlock.
EDIT IN REPSONSE TO @DecisiveFactor: I believe they were added during the PTB (Public Test Build) phase for the D&D DLC last month, some streamers on Twitch were encountering them during matches in the PTB.
