This used to be an adept achievement for Stranger Things's Demogorgon. Update happened around 11 2021.
The universal perks needed for this are any of the killer's non-teachable. You must have 3 equipped. These perks include:
Bitter Murmer, Claustrophobia, Deerstalker, Distressing, Fearmonger, Hex:NOED, Hex:TotHJ, Insidious, Iron Grasp, Jolt, Monstrous Shrine, Sloppy Butcher, Spies from the Shadows, Unrelenting, Whispers
Then you must complete a match with a Merciless score. This means that:
-no one escapes (current game version allows hatch escape NOT to affect merciless)
-at least 8 hooks(ok if someone disconnects as long as they were hooked at least once)
-scoring is high enough; lower ranks will be easier to meet merciless requirements
-currently merciless only requires all 4 survivors are killed or sacrificed

Wesker with iri Lab Photo (everyone starts infected + becomes exposed at full infection) and Video Conference Device (30% faster passive infection) for the addons + No One Escapes Death/Spies from the Shadows/Sloppy Butcher worked wonders for me. Wesker in insanely strong to the point where you don't need perks on him to begin with, so this should be a breeze. Send the survivors to Midwich and go nuts.

I managed to complete this achievement 5 in a row with The shape (myers). The key here is the add ons used. Ideally you want infinite tombstone ( Judith's tombstone + fragrant tuft of hair) however I ran out of these add ons half way through and used tombstone piece + J.Myers Memorial.
Partnered these perks with Jolt, sloppy butcher and hex: None Escapes death. I saw these perks as a fail safe for things not going well.
The strategy for me was to get as much stalk + pressure people off the gens as you can. Be strategic in who you mori / kill, I found killing people with tombstone most effective when you have taken all the stalk you can with them (in the case that you use the second add ons that I mentioned).
As merciless killer doesn't always happen from just a 4k and the longer is is between the first gen popping, don't be afraid to m1 people before tier 3. You have sloppy to add pressure.
