Dead by Daylight

You may need to read the Onryō's power if this is too confusing for you. Basically every survivor in a match against the Onryō will have a Condemned bar comprised of 7 segments (although the killer can't see the progress). When you teleport to a TV within 16 meters of a survivor, they'll gain progress on this bar. Each bar you apply to a survivor counts towards the 30 times required for the achievement. I had the achievement pop after 5 or 6 matches.

Side Note: Survivors can grab a video tape from one TV and bring it to another to clear up some bars of Condemn, but while carrying it they'll accumulate some gradually. These do not count as Addicted2RPGs found through testing.
