During the 4th quest of SOLA DLC, "Dance for me", you will have too pass a grid by powering it from a another button after your have explored the inside of the buliding (there also one weapon mod near the worbench insite "concussion".
The card "Ram" will be found in front of you on a barrel, near a big dead crusher in front of the swimming pool.
After the card is aquired, equipe it (its a abillity skill, place in a LB+RB slot (the 3rd slot to be exact)), then you will can use a meat grenade/bomb to attract 5 zombies or just attract them in a group of 5 without the bomb and then use LB + RB to apply the skill.
PS : It doesnt say to kill zombies with the abillity, just to use on 5 zombies with nice health.

The Ram ability card is found on a table next to the pool overlooking the Main Stage. You'll visit this area during the Dance For Me DLC quest, after the Gruesome Twosome boss fight, but can return here whenever.
