Blunt weapons consist of pipes, hammers, crowbars, maces, flails, brass knuckles, bats, batons, sticks etc. They are marked with a hammer icon in your inventory. You will more than likely get this trophy naturally just by playing the game. As with every trophy, you can check your progress in the "Extras" => "Trophies" part of the pause menu.
