I take back everything I said - OTR is so much worse than 2. Literally none of the cheevos work as they're supposed to.

Odd. All stickers tracked right away - and there are definitely more than 75 in total. Was little confused when the video-guide only covered a single sticker in the South Plaza - and sure enough there were more stickers.
