How to unlock the Drugged Up achievement in Dead Rising 2: Off The Record - Definitive Guide

After you get Zombrex from the pharmacy in Roy's Mart, you'll need to take it between 7 and 8AM. Simply take it and the achievement will unlock.

This is almost unmissable as its part of the main story but it is actually possible to fail and die.

You need to head to Roy's Mart right at the beginning of the game and take out some looters. The zombrex should be in the pharmacy, which you get the key to when you defeat all three looters. You can also save your first survivor, Denyce.

During the very first case you are tasked with getting Zombrex for yourself. As Frank is infected with the zombie virus if you don't get him Zombrex every 24hrs he will turn into a zombie and you'll fail the game, and be forced to reload an earlier save. Once you reach the time Frank can inject himself press to inject yourself with it. Trophy will pop shortly after this.
