How to unlock the New Hotness achievement in Dead Rising 2: Off The Record - Definitive Guide

A few combinations are new and exclusive to DR2:OTR, the following weapons are new (not going to bother listing weapon combos that showed up in Case West as I don't know if they will trigger this achievement)

Laser Eyes: Gems + Alien Mask (both found near a Maintenance Room in the Uranus Zone)

Electric Crusher: Car Battery + Sledgehammer

Weed Tenderizer: Knife + Grass Trimmer (both found on the Silver Strip)

Decapitator: Boomerang + Knife (in this game it seems all knives are interchangeable-Knife Gloves can be made with non-bowie knives and so can some other weps)

Cryogenic Pod: Escape Pod (Uranus Zone) + Fire Extinguisher

A very easy way to get this trophy is to go to Fortune Park. You will notice two large rocks and an alley between the two. There is a hedge trimmer on this pathway. Pick it up and bring it to the maintenance room right next to you. On the shelf in this maintenance room is a knife. Combine it with the grass cutter to make a new combo weapon for DR2: OTR. The trophy will pop shortly after making it.

The previous tip is absolutely wrong!!

To get the trophy, the easiest way is to combine Boomerang X Chef Knife = Decapitator. Boomerang and Knife are located near the Safe House.

And they gave me a trophy when I combined fireworks and a gas canister, I think it’s faster to get a trophy
