This is much easier than you would think. I did this at a very low level around 5 or so.

^^ that definitely would have been a helpful part of the video. They totally glossed over the Snowflake process. It still worked well for me to get Snowflake first, though.

I honestly don’t know how they accomplish the group/achievement like they do here. I was much more successful getting SNOWFLAKE first, and circling back for Lashawndra and Gordon. Otherwise they attack Snowflake and die and he never eats the steaks.
So Snowflake then Lennie, then Chad, then Doris, then Lashawndra and Gordon, then Esther and finally Rebecca.

The guide above is decent, but do yourself a favor and get Snowflake first. Near as I can tell, any other follower will attack Snowflake making the tiger impossible to tame.
So after Katey’s first Zombrex:

Other videos/guides work but are too much work, imo.
Not needed but I suggest wearing the ninja gear so zombies leave you alone (if on game pass, you have it in the safe house bathroom where you change clothes) and the magazine found in the bingo hall that increases your leadership skill. I think they run faster and fight better).
Save or kill all survivors up until case 2-2. When you are on to case 3-1 you need to save or kill

Once bitten
An Industrial Fashion (will appear after tastes like chicken)
Bring them all back or at this point most likely they are all murdered by you.
No longer killing! Only saving!!
Now you should have the following calls to do:
Tastes like chicken (save both people, one up on the awning and the other in the freezer) [2/8]
Save at slot ranch
Go to fortune park
Leave your 2 survivors in a mechanical room, the one directly to your right is easiest. Use
+ 
and close the door. Now they won't follow
Rock hero (Talk to the lead singer 3 or 4 times and they join easy. Park the 3 in the room with the others and go save in the center of fortune park. [5/8]
Wait until 8:05am (katey will die at 8:00am since you did not bring zombrex)
Bring all 5 with you to Royal Flush Plaza.
Bring them in to the save point which is directly ahead of you, beyond the giant craps table.
Now you have a save with all 5 in there, run up to Kathy's Space (top floor, close to the exit to fortune city, use the escalator and not the stairs.) for the hidden quest Shopping Spree
They will only follow if you carry their shopping valuables. [8/8]
Achievement popped
Run back to the bathroom and save with all 8
Keep this save if you have a friend for co-op who needs to level or a secondary account you want to level to run with you in co-op. This is 200k XP every 2-3 minutes. No faster way to level up, from 1-15 in 2 minutes. Original strategy written by x Fever and expanded upon by me.
