Dead Space: Extraction

This is obtained during Chapter 4.

After the first part of the level (the bit where you have to man the cannon) you will end up back inside the ship. After a small conversation your team will decide to move out & will walk down towards the uniforms in the ship. Once here you seem to take a sneaky peak at Lexine’s behind as she is putting new clothes on, you will hear Gabe say ‘Taking your time McNeil’. Before or after you here that you simply need to move your cursor onto Lexine’s behind & press (DS3) / (Move).
