Chapter 8 contains 5 weapons, 1 audio log and 2 text logs. You do not need to collect the weapon upgrades to unlock this trophy. Check the collectable guide for the items locations. It's all about speed in picking up the items when you see them. You only have a limited amount of time before the game automatically moves you on, so if you miss something you'll have to replay the Chapter. Head down to the collectibles guide for location details.
