This is my original guide followed by 1 UPDATE:
Using two controllers in a local multiplayer game go to 'Multiplayer' and select a 'Generals' Game (make sure settings are set on 'Easy' in your main menu).
For this achievement the set up doesn't really matter. Choose whichever characters for both controllers and any of the maps (I went with the first one since it appears to be smaller).
Using the second controller conquer two strongholds (the territories with the castles on them) so that you gain two abilities which will let you have an even bigger advantage over P1 (achievement controller) when attacking with P2.
Spread out with both controllers so that you have different opportunities to attack P1 with P2.
I put three brigades in each territory where both controllers border each other so that the likeliness of me losing would be increased with the main controller (P1) after gaining the two abilities with P2.
Once I had an equal spread and 3 brigades in each territory I took turns attacking the main controller with P2. If it didn't seem to work out I would wait for the next turn and just re-conquer or re-stack territories in the meantime.
It took me three different turns in the same game to get the achievement. That is why you should maybe even try it with two brigades in each territory to make it shorter and simpler.

"I can confirm it is even or better percentage not even or better brigades. I tried with brigades and the achievement wasn't unlocking so then I searched it up and found this link http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/635803-deadliest-warrior-lege... which explained it was even percentages. I then attacked a player 2 area with a 53% chance and lost three times then the achievement popped. Hope this helps"

I got it using the 1st map. P1 was Zulu & P2 was Cortez. I had P1 capture the 3 plains territories surrounding his castle. I then had P2 move across the map capturing territories as well as the castle on the right and the castle on the bottom right. I had P2 capture the plains territory to the left of the bottom right castle which borders P1's territory. I then made sure that P1 had 3 units in each of his 3 territories & that P2 had 3 units in the plains territory along the border.
I then had P2 attack P1 from the plains & capture the territory. I then skipped the rest of P2's go & had P1 skip as well. I then reinforced the territory I had captured on the previous turn so that it had 3 units & then attacked the next territory. Once that territory was captured, I skipped the rest of P2's go & skipped through P1's turn. I reinforced again so that the territory I was using to attack had 3 units. I then attacked the final territory. Captured it & got the achievement.
I think the key thing is to attack & capture one territory per turn. I tried surrounding P1 from all sides & launching 3 or 4 attacks in one turn many times & I never got the achievement. It was only when I captured 1 territory per turn that I got the achievement. Hope this helps, & that it isn't too confusing.

Now that doesn't matter, you only have to have an equal amount of armies / brigades in each territory. The percentage of winnig doesn't matter, the main objective is losing with the main controller to P2 three consecutive times when the odds are even (as in 2 vs 2 / 3 vs 3). Clear?

Here is a simplified version of CrazyJGerman's instructions (for those of you like me who are swearing at this achievement right now out of frustration...)
1) Battle using two controllers (local duel).
2) "% chance of victory" stats are located in a box in the "lower center" of the screen when you are selecting an area to attack.
3) Attack Player 1 [defender] (the account getting the achievement) with Player 2 [attacker].
4) Capture 1 or 2 castles with Player 2 [attacker] to improve attack bonuses.
5) Attack only when "% chance of victory" is 50% or less for Player 2 [attacker]. (This gives Player 1 [defender] favourable victory odds but for some reason the game favours the attacker regardless of these odds)
6) Keep units to a minimum 1, 2 or 3, depending on best odds to keep "% chance of victory" as close to 50% as possible.
7) Ideally you can set it up to have multiple attack areas to attack at once (multi-front attack), however this is not necessary.
Win 3-attacks-in-a-row with Player 2 [attacker] and the achievement pops for Player 1 [defender] immediately after.
No real recommendations on characters - I used William Wallace for Player 1 and Vlad the Impaler for Player 2.

For this trophy you have to lose a territories fight with the odd being 50% or better. First get 1 castle so that you will have more brigades. Conquer some territories around your area and do not use more Brigades than the opponent. Try have your probability of winning percentage between 50-70%. This can also be done with a second controller so you don't have to worry about the enemy, however i did it vs CPU while i tried to get neutral territories. I lost at those territories with 3 or more Brigades in it while attacking with the same number of Brigades. Also don't use any abilities if you have a castle choose extra Brigades. Lose 3 times in the same match.
