Ep 4 Hints and Tips:
Sheriff's Department Cell Keys - Inside the Sheriff's Department's "Other World" version you'll need to collect the keys to the cells downstairs. These keys are dropped by the enemies (only 1 per room max and don't forget to open the automated draws in the Files Room) and you'll find every key but Key 5. Open the cells downstairs and kill the monsters within, one will drop Key 5 and you can continue.
