This is another chained set of quests and only one can be done per chapter.
The General has some car parts hidden in the Junkyard, luckily he has giant numbers and letters on billboards circling the yard to act as grid co-ordinates. There are three in total to find, this is the first so head around the car wrecks to E5 to find this part.
