This can be done on Easy and you may get it on the way to the 305 Mics. Pick your best song in either Career mode or Party mode and do the best performance you can. You can view the details of the song after you are finished to see where you may have missed any Dope lyrics.

This can be done on easy. Choose a song that you know the words to absolute best. Don't focus on Pitch at all during the song, as the two are scored entirely separate. Do however, be sure to say the correct words DURING the pitch parts. Now be sure you are saying the correct words, and assuming you are on Easy and choose a song you know, this should not pose too big a threat. This popped for me on my third or fourth song, on hard difficulty, and I'm no Twista, so it shouldn't be too bad.
