If you followed the Road Map above, this should already be done or very close to done. Personally, I just tried every song during the Career on Hard first and if I didn’t get 5-Mics, I re-did the song on Easy. Another way to get this would be just to go to Party Mode, create a playlist and put on the shortest song you can 3-Mic on Hard difficulty over and over again.

Truth be told, Hard is not all that more difficult than Easy. It just take a slight bit more accuracy in order to fill the meter to keep a multiplier up, and that is the only difference. For this achievement, you need to get 3-mics or better on 50 songs on Hard. If all else fails, play some tier 1 songs, and practice if you are having trouble. There is also no reason you can't just play the song you are best at 50 times, aside from the boredom it would be likely to cause.
