Make sure 2 microphones are plugged in, go to Party mode, then pick out your best song, select DUET, select Hard difficulty, and rap into BOTH microphones at the same time. You are trying to get an “Off The Chain” or 5-Mic performance for the trophy.

For this achievement, you must be on hard difficulty, with two mics connected. Choose "Play" and then "Party" from the main menu. Now choose a song, and on the difficulty select screen be sure you change from "Solo" to "Duet". Now perform the selected song as you normally would, but do it into both mics at the same time. Be sure to select a song with only rapping parts, as it would be tough to sing and rap at the same time. "We Fly High" is short, easy, and only has rapping parts. If you get 5 mics on the song, the achievement will pop at the results screen.
