This will come naturally while going for ‘Microphone Fiend!’. You’ll get anywhere from 100,000 to 400,000 points when you get 5-Mic performances. With 61 5-Mic performances required, you’ll easily get this before finishing the Platinum. This can all be done on Easy difficulty.

10 Million points is not a lot at all in this game, so this will not take nearly as long as it seems. A typical song on Hard, played well, earns about 300 - 400K per play. Therefore this should come somewhere in the 50 songs needed for the "Unstoppable" achievement. If career is being played on Hard or Medium, it may even come during the career. The achievement pops at the results screen for the song that put you above the 10 million.
